Overview

Digital game currency cannot be returned once delivered in-game. This policy explains when refunds are available.

Full refund before delivery

If delivery has not started, you may request a full refund via Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram, or email with your order ID.

Delivery in progress

Once delivery coordination started, refunds are case by case. Partial refunds may apply if only part completed.

Completed orders

After successful trade and confirmation, refunds are generally unavailable unless proven error (wrong server, amount, failed delivery).

Non-refundable situations

  • Incorrect character or server provided by customer
  • Publisher bans or restrictions
  • Customer unavailable for delivery without rescheduling
  • Chargebacks without contacting support first

  • Describe the issue and provide screenshots if applicable.
