Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available if your order has not yet entered the delivery process. Once delivery has started or been completed, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team via Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram, or email with your order number and reason for the refund request. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3-7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Delivery has been completed successfully
  • Incorrect character/server information provided by the customer
  • Account bans or actions by game publishers after delivery
